The Family Challenge is operated as a business initiative of Women Becoming Whole, a sole proprietorship. Through our Giving Fund, we also seek to provide financial assistance to families navigating difficult circumstances.
2. Purchasing and Accessing the Game
The Family Challenge is available for a one-time purchase of $10 USD.
Your purchase includes:
Access to The Family Challenge online game.
Unlimited replays while the game and your account remain available.
Access through compatible phones, tablets, or computers.
No recurring subscription fees for the game.
The game is a digital experience accessed through our website. No physical product will be shipped.
You are responsible for maintaining access to a compatible device and an internet connection.
3. Account Registration and Access
You may be required to create an account or sign in through our website to access your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
Your purchase is intended for personal, household, and noncommercial use. You may play the game repeatedly with family members and guests, but you may not resell, distribute, publicly reproduce, or commercially exploit the game without our written permission.

Through our Giving Fund, we may allocate a portion of our business revenue toward financial assistance for individuals or families experiencing hardship.
Please understand:
The Giving Fund is a voluntary, business-funded assistance initiative.
The Family Challenge and its Giving Fund are not represented as a registered nonprofit or tax-exempt charitable organization.
Purchases of the game are payments for a digital product, not tax-deductible charitable donations.
We do not guarantee that any fixed amount or percentage of an individual purchase will be allocated to the Giving Fund.
The amount, timing, recipients, and forms of assistance are determined at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Purchasing the game does not guarantee financial assistance to any particular person or family.
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Giving Fund or its assistance activities at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
